Sonoma Cottage Policies

Reservations: To confirm your reservation an advance payment of one’s night’s room and tax (9%) is required at time of booking.

Number of Guests: Nightly rate is based on four persons per night. Additional charge applies beyond four guests. Maximum number of people for overnight is six. There are two bedrooms which can be made into twins and a sofa bed in the living room.

Credit Cards: Visa and MasterCard accepted. Your payment and personal information is safe. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard and among the best software available. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address. So that it cannot be read over the internet.

Cancellations: Due to our small size, cancellations affect us greatly. To cancel a reservation, please notify us at least 10 days prior to arrival to receive a credit (minus a $40 processing fee). Cancellations of 10 days or less receive a credit only if the cottage is rebooked. Early departures are considered a cancellation. All cancellations must be made by phone; an email of your cancellation will be sent to you.

Arrival: Check-in time is from 3:00 pm to 7:00 pm. If earlier arrangements are needed, please call in advance.

Departure: Check-out time is 11:00 am

Cuisine: Breakfast is provided complimentary in the Inn’s dining room. Lunch or dinner can be arranged with four restaurants within a two block walk of the Inn. Additional there is a natural foods store plus a small grocery store within 2 blocks of the Inn. Should you desire to use the Cottage’s kitchen, it is fully stocked with flatware, china, glassware and assorted cooking utensils

Children are welcome and the Inn has one crib.

Cottage is dog friendly for well-behaved, housebroken pets. Should your pet be left alone in the Cottage it must be left in a crate. Pets are welcome in our patio for breakfast or on the veranda/courtyard for our wine and cheese hour. Pets are not allowed in the main house or dining room of the Inn. If your pet does sleep on the bed with you, we do provide a sheet to put over the duvet cover. Please keep your pet on a leash and remember to clean up after your pet. There is a $40 fee per night.

Smoking Policy: The Cottage is nonsmoking. The side patio of the cottage is acceptable for smoking.

The Inn provides daily housekeeping.
